OUR STORY
Founder José Merces served the temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints under construction and renovation across Brazil — Recife, Porto Alegre, Campinas, Curitiba and the São Paulo renovation. Working alongside American gilding specialists, he mastered the art of gold leaf and decorative painting.
In 2003 he was certified as a qualified professional by the Department of Temple Construction in Brazil (DCT). In 2010, MercesArtGolden became an official company. Today we are present in America, Europe and Asia, with more than 20 temples served.
All our employees hold a valid temple recommendation.
